How does the 1% deal work?
Put simply, it's full service real estate at a fraction of the cost.
We provide you full real estate services at a discounted Total Commission rate of $7,950 for homes under $400,000. This includes a $4,450 Listing Commission and a $3,500 Buyer Agent Commission.
For Houses between $400,000.00 and $900,000 we charge a Total Commission of $9,950. This includes a $5,450 Listing Commission and a $4,500 Buyer Agent Commission.
For Houses over $900,000, the Total Commission is 1% + $950. This includes 0.5% plus $950 for the Listing Commission and 0.5% for the Buyer Agent Commission.
The Commission is payable when the house sells. This means if we don't sell your house at a price you agree to, you do not pay! We also provide you with the flexibility to offer more commission to the buyer's agent if you want to. After all, it is your money! But as your selling agent, I commit to keeping the Listing Commission low so you keep more of your own money!
